1. No Return Policy

   IHSAR operates a strict no-return policy. Products purchased through the website shall not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange except in cases where:

   • The product delivered is materially different from the product ordered; or

   • The product delivered contains a verifiable manufacturing defect.

2. Reporting Timeline

   Any claim relating to wrong delivery or manufacturing defect must be reported to IHSAR within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the product. Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.

3. Verification Process

   IHSAR reserves the right to inspect, investigate, and verify all claims before approving any replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedy. Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, invoices, packaging materials, and any additional information requested by IHSAR.

4. Resolution at Sole Discretion

   Upon successful verification of a claim, IHSAR may, at its sole discretion:

   • Replace the product with the same item;

   • Replace the product with a similar item of equal value; or

   • Provide an alternative remedy deemed appropriate.

   The decision of IHSAR shall be final and binding.

5. Non-Eligible Circumstances

   Returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations shall not be granted for:

   • Change of mind;

   • Incorrect size selection;

   • Personal preference regarding colour, texture, fit, or design;

   • Minor variations in colour due to photography, lighting, or screen settings;

   • Delay caused by logistics partners beyond reasonable control;

   • Products purchased during sales, promotions, discount events, or special offers;

   • Products that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged, or used after delivery.

6. Shipping Information

   Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. IHSAR shall not be liable for non-delivery, delay, loss, or additional charges arising from:

   • Incorrect or incomplete address details;

   • Incorrect contact information;

   • Refusal to accept delivery;

   • Multiple failed delivery attempts.

7. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, IHSAR's liability shall be limited solely to the value of the product purchased. IHSAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product.

8. Right to Refuse Claims

   IHSAR reserves the right to reject any claim found to be fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unsupported by adequate evidence.

9. Modification of Policy

   IHSAR reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
